Smoke oxtails… gravy was made from scratch no flour… just use the water from the oxtail after i took it out the pressure cooker and let it simmer… always start by under seasoning the broth because as it simmers the water will thicken which will cause the salt to be more prominent… after ur gravy is done… taste it and add more seasonings if needed
