Hello Family,

We have been closed for a few weeks and have some updates to share.

Operations in Clarksville are still temporarily on hold while my business partner gets up to speed & determines his hours of operation etc. We are still taking food truck bookings though.

We are now operating in Fredericksburg, VA as well. We will start with delivery only orders while we find a new location & get our truck together. Hours will be posted soon🐝

Thank you all for your support & patience as we continue to grow❤️

This is the second time that I’ve purchased chicken from a certain supplier & it was spoiled throwing off my Smoke & causing a delay for my customers.

Never again.

I want to take the time to thank everyone for their patience the last two weeks as I dealt with a family tragedy & navigated my emotions.

I am feeling a lot better & ready to get back to smoking some of the best BBQ you can get in Clarksville🐝

I am aware that there were several orders that made it through on DoorDash that were cancelled. I know how frustrating this can be & though we did close our shop sometimes it still happens. If your order was one of those, please reach out to us at 662-641-0986 for a special discount on your next order.

With all of that said, we are back to our regular schedule & menu starting tomorrow🐝

We want to do a Brisket for Sunday Dinner this week and the pre-order link will be live tonight 🐝

Thank you all again for your well wishes & support

Thank you all for understanding 🐝
