Crafted using equipment and based on techniques originally invented by Taylor himself, this 100-proof bottling stands as the closest modern interpretation of the fine bourbons produced under his leadership at O.F.C Distillery (now Buffalo Trace) during the 19th century.

Widely recognized as the “Father of the Modern Bourbon Industry,” Colonel E.H. Taylor, Jr. purchased the O.F.C. Distillery in 1869 and ushered in a new era of innovation. The bourbon adds a bit of warmth and spice to the champagne, and lemon juice brightens up both spirits. Looking for more bourbon cocktails?! 1976 Vintage Wine Opened! 🤩 50 YEARS

It’s not everyday you get tasting notes on a 50 y/o bottle of 🍷🤩!
“1976 JOSEPH PHELPS CABERNET SAUVIGNON - NAPA
Just for the fun of it, tonight I opened a 1976 Joseph Phelps Cabernet Sauvignon Napa. I didn’t expect anything great but I was hoping that it was still drinkable. It was, surprisingly so.
The wine was fairly deep in color with evident browning on the edges. There was no oxidation on the nose, just hints of earth, spice and obvious age.
On the palate, the wine was balanced with soft tannins, very light acidity and a lingering memory of fruit. Definitely worth the try. If I was an Englishman, I would probably give this 1976 Phelps Cabernet 92 points, but I am not. Nevertheless, it was an interesting wine.”

StarWars Oreos! Such a great idea! Amazing packaging and the fact that the Oreo filling is randomly Light or Dark Side is Fantastic! The taste of the filling was a bit grainier than creamy which was interesting but extremely fun seeing red filling since it wasn’t expected! Wow! .brasil Wars
