What a fantastic Tuesday here at Minnie’s! We are already hard at work getting everything prepped and ready for a delicious Wednesday.

Tomorrow, we are featuring our **Lemon Chicken Cutlets** topped with that signature, zesty lemon sauce you all love. To make it the perfect summer plate, we’re serving it alongside a fresh **Peach, Feta, and Basil Salad** made with the sweetest seasonal peaches......and PORKCHOPS 😁

Good morning and happy Monday, everyone! ☀️
The Chicken Lady here! 🐔 First of all, I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who spent Father's Day with us. It was an incredible day, and I hope you all enjoyed the food, the music, the fun, and—most importantly—making sweet memories together at Minnie’s!

It’s Monday, which means I am headed right into the kitchen to get those hamburger steaks going on the griddle with plenty of sautéed onions. 🧅✨ I’ve found a happy medium with the recipe that everyone seems to absolutely love, so my goal for today is to go through 40 pounds of beef! Let's make the hamburger steak our number one seller today... that fried chicken doesn't stand a chance against us this afternoon! 😉

Here is a look at what else we have cooking for you as you kick off your work week:
* **Tuesday (Tomorrow):** Our original baked chicken smothered in rich gravy, and crispy salmon patties served with homemade tartar sauce.
