"Telemarketer (formerly Theophilus) is adjusting well to life in Nebraska! He really enjoys sitting in his window. He is getting more fluffy everyday! And more talkative, he's definitely not shy about speaking his truth. He starts meowing across the house then flops down on the bed five minutes later and falls asleep"

This week I got to stand in front of hundreds of independent retailers from all kinds of industries, gathered from across the country (and a few from across the world!) at the Retail Success Summit! We spoke about something we care more about than just about anything - how we take care of YOU when you walk through the door!

We've spent years building and refining the way our team puts people first - it's something we train, practice, and live every single day. Getting the chance to share that with retailers from so many different walks of business was humbling a little bit surreal!

We love going to conferences like these to learn. Every trade show, conference, or workshop is us trying to get better and better at what we do, we can serve our community even better when we get back home.

You are the reason we dig DEEP into the details. You (and the cats) are why we show up every day trying to be the best. Every menu item we craft with care, every cat we help find a forever family, every regular who feels like family - that's the point of every single thing we do.

So from our cozy little feline-filled nook of CoMo to a national stage and back again - thank you for walking through the door, choosing us, and giving us the privilege of doing something we love! We are forever grateful!

ADOPT A CAT MONTH UPDATE 🫶🏼🖤

"I adopted Milly from here on April 10th. She loves looking out windows, playing with her toys, and has made a new friend with my dog where they each love to instigate play fights with each other. It’s been amazing getting to see her show her personality more and more everyday"

We have been absolutely eating up all of the updates being sent to us!!! Helping you guys find your new family members and seeing how loved they are is the reason we do what we do 😻

Randy was originally my roomates foster cat and when he left for the cat cafe Pingo and I knew we had to have him! We went and snatched him up and ever since then they do everything together!
