This is a hard post to write… 🥺🥲

There are some moments in business when you have to sit back and really ask yourself…

Is it time?

If you’ve followed Roll Up Columbia for a while, then you know this journey has been anything BUT easy..

There have been days we sold out… and days we wondered if anybody was coming although those days were slim

Days we were exhausted, overwhelmed, discouraged and ready to throw in the towel… or just needed a towel

We’ve battled crazy Tennessee weather, equipment problems, long nights, early mornings, setbacks, changes, closed doors and moments where we truly didn’t know what was next.

But somehow… we kept ROLLING. ❤️

And when we look back at everything this little business has accomplished, we can’t help but get emotional.

We started with a dream and turned it into something Columbia KNOWS.

We’ve served thousands of customers.
We’ve rolled countless cups of ice cream.

We expanded beyond sweets and introduced Roll Up Urban Comforts! bringing you our loaded salads, wraps, rolls, fruit tea and more. Might I mention we WON the fruit tea competition hosted by Columbia Main Street !!

We’ve catered events, popped up all over Middle Tennessee, traveled to several states, partnered with other businesses, poured back into our community, had a winter homeless drive, taught cake classes, served churches, neighborhoods, schools and festivals…

We even made it on the NEWS.. TWICE. 🥹📺

And through every season, one thing has remained the same:
Y’ALL SHOW UP FOR US!!

You share our posts.
You tell your friends.
You stand in our lines.
You sell us out.
You encourage us.
You come back again and again.

So after a lot of thinking, reflecting and looking back at everything we’ve been through…

We’ve decided…
