Our weekend special is a celebration of peak summer flavors! We're serving up a vibrant Summer Succotash featuring peppers, onions, sweet corn, zucchini, and squash, topped with seared mahi mahi steak medallions and finished with a creamy poblano crema. It's a super fresh, colorful dish that pairs perfectly with our new JO Mama hot sauce made with JO Spice.

Grab your bike and meet us at the taproom for a cruise through Howard County, followed by fresh Sapwood beers and tacos from Albura Taqueria!

We have two distinct routes with GPS files provided in advance:

🟢 The Neighborhood Loop

Distance/Pace: 25 miles | Social (12-14 mph)

Vibe: No-Drop. We start, ride, and regroup together.

🔵 The Distance Route

Distance/Pace: ~45 miles | Brisk (15–17+ mph)

Vibe: Experienced road cyclists comfortable with traffic and steady paces.

⏰ Schedule

8:30 AM – Check-in (Sapwood parking lot)

9:00 AM – Wheels up!

11:00 AM – Taproom opens for early pours and tacos!

⚠️ Quick Rules: Helmets are strictly required. Please be self-supported with water, a pump, and a spare tube. Standard Maryland traffic laws apply. Non-drinkers welcome—we have plenty of NA options on tap!
