August Pie of the Month: APPLE CHEESECAKE!

This delicious creation won our April Epic Pie Tasting by a landslide🍎. The base is a cream cheese mixture covered with apples tossed in flour, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. We finish it with a beautiful handcrafted lattice, egg wash, and a lovely sprinkle of sugar.
