Bone-In Barbeque is independently owned by Chef Scott Hall, a Midlands native who practiced in many New York City kitchens and has appeared on the Cooking Channel, Bravo, Travel Channel and in GQ and Smithsonian magazines. With a focus on special events, private venue rentals and catering, the company's scratch-made recipes focused on high-quality ingredients and conscientious cooking techniques, featuring housemade charcuterie, breads, pickles, desserts and more. A full bar features artisan cocktails, hand-picked wines and an array of local craft beers. What started as Chef Scott Hall’s food truck and catering company in 2011 and became a brick-and-mortar restaurant in 2018 has evolved, as of early 2020, into a unique special event venue and catering empire.
