One of the coolest parts of having multiple Love Coffee locations is watching our team teach and learn from each other. After Melissa updated the new menu options, Anna sent over a video tutorial showing how she’s using the new buttons. It’s a simple thing, but it’s a great example of remote training in action — clear communication, taking the time to demonstrate a process, and making sure everyone has the tools they need to succeed. We’re so grateful for the opportunities our different locations create for our team to grow, share skills, and support one another — even when we aren’t working in the same building. Sometimes leadership looks like making a video and saying, “Here’s how I figured this out!” And honestly, that’s pretty awesome. ☕❤️
