Chef made these scallion pancakes today and I’m sorry but LOOK AT THOSE LAYERS. 😮‍💨

Handmade, laminated & hella flaky, stuffed with government cheese and served with black vinegar dipping sauce. The kind of flaky you can practically hear through the photo. DROOOOOL.

WARMOUTH BBQ “GNOCCHI” 🐷🔥

The Warmouth BBQ collab was too good to stop at one night. We’re keeping the BBQ vibes going with smoked pulled pork, Warmouth BBQ sauce, chili crunch pimento cheese, pickled red onion & chewy tteokbokki rice cakes.

It’s giving BBQ mac & cheese & it’s giving exactly what we want to be eating right now. 😮‍💨

🚨 THE BIRTHDAY BANDITS ARE RIDIN’ INTO THE DRAGON ROOM 🚨

Tonight, August 15, we’re going late-night for a special Southern x Dragon Room collaboration with Chef Harold Pendleton of The Warmouth.

Regular service runs as usual, then from 9PM–MIDNIGHT, we’re serving up a one-night-only menu inspired by Southern cooking, Dragon Room chaos, and a little outlaw behavior. 🐉🤠

And because no outlaw party is complete without a wanted man… we’re celebrating Chef Alex’s 41st birthday.

Miso ice cream + vanilla chili crunch swirl, fried South Carolina peaches & milk crumble.

Sweet, salty, a little spicy, creamy — and the fried South Carolina peaches are so good. 🍑

Fun fact: everyone thinks Georgia is the Peach State, but South Carolina actually produces MORE peaches!

Our Izakaya Sundae will seasonally rotate with new fruits and flavors. Come try this Peach Sundae while it lasts! 🍑🍑

This week’s menu was inspired by Chef Alex Strickland’s recent trip to the Blackfeet Nation in Montana, where he cooked alongside an incredible lineup of chefs at Fire in the Mountains. Sometimes the best inspiration comes from the miles traveled, the people you meet, and the meals you share.

Those experiences found their way onto this week’s menu.
