I LOVE all my customers, but those that call me up tell me their vision and then say, "let your imagination run wild" are my favorites!

Their vision... upscale baby shower. My vision... smoked salmon, cucumber, and herb cream cheese on brioche. Greek Crudite platter with sundried tomatoes, olives, feta and homemade tzatziki. Fresh baked Pita chips. Regular veggie trays with my homemade ranch. Chicken salad tea sandwiches. French Vanilla cupcakes. I adore, out of the box menus.

Officially taking orders for December Catering and dates are already filling up. We can accommodate any meal option, large or small groups and well as private family meals.
Through December I'll be running a few specials, including traditional southern holiday spreads such as turkey and ham. I'll also be offering some of our families traditions, like my mother in laws amazing baked ziti.

The Crazy Calf Lady's Kitchen Catering was honored to serve Columbia-Adair County Chamber of Commerce at their monthly meeting today.
Chili and grilled cheese was on the menu. We took the opportunity to showcase Friend of Fungi mushroom hotsauce, a superb local product from a couple of people I'm proud to call friend!

Funeral or "Shiva" meals, obviously can not be pre planned. Here at The Crazy Calf Lady's Kitchen Catering, we will do our best to accommodate these last minute needs if at all possible, at a reasonable price.

Today's was for 70 people, ordered last Thursday evening. Meal consisted of Smothered pork loin roast, chicken tenders, green beans, mashed potatoes, 80 garlic/parm rolls, three scratch made banana Puddings and three peach cobblers.
