Good morning family and friends.

It has been a long 3 years journey with lots of ups and downs for the Team. Here are few incidents we had experienced.
When I started the process early 2019 to start the business it took 5 months and 2 lawyers to get the liquor license to open the doors. During all this period all the bills kept coming and not a dime came in. We finally opened the doors towards the end of August 2019.

Everything was going great and then 6 months into the business here comes the covid 19 and business shutdown for 3 months. Once again all the bills are still there and not a dime coming in.

Everything finally got back to as normal as it could have been. Then in early 2021 Miss Wendy lost her son unexpected but we stayed together as a family. We were still grieving and on May 6th we lost Shane Brown who was a favorite son, a brother and a friend unexpected which most of us are still grieving. Now comes mid July 2021 and our brother Tim Issac passed away. In short 6 months we suffered 3 losses which could have broke anybody but the Team pulled it through by comforting each other.

Miss Sara Garland kept the kitchen and Miss Sam Norris kept the bar together and I am thankful for that. It was very hard for us with just Sara as it was hard to find reliable cooks. Miss Sara got sick and after she recovered and felt she needed to retire.

This year alone we have hired 6-7 cooks. We train them and pay them whatever they ask for and give them the schedule and no show.

Now here is the end of our short story. It has frustrating for me not be able to provide the service which we all expect.

Tomorrow Sunday July 10th will our last day to operate The Grill . We will have free food to share with our loyal friends and family. Please come out and see us. I knew most of you before I became the owner of this business.

New owner will be opening the doors very soon and will make his announcement. I still will be around but not as an owner.

You all have showed us the love and support which we great full for that. Please show your love and support to the new owner as you have for our team.

Good morning family and friends.

When one of our family member needs little help we all come through and do whatever we can to help. This is how we are.

This coming Saturday April 23rd few of our friends are firing up the grill early morning to cook BBQ chicken, ribs, Boston butts with Mac and cheese, bake beans, green beans, rice and hash to help Miss Wendy. We will charge very reasonable price for the food and everything collected from the food sales will be given to Davis-Clark

We will be ready to serve by 2 PM. Please pull up and show your love and support.
