Almost three and a half years in this little restaurant, and sometimes it hits me — how much life happens between these walls.

A customer who always called me by name, always warm and kind… I found out today he passed away 18 months ago. His wife and son came in. We hugged. We cried.

I’ve watched kids grow taller. Watched families move away.

This place isn’t just about food. It’s about the people we get to know, and the ones we never forget.
