We’re bringing holiday comfort to your pint! This decadent, dessert-inspired Baltic Porter is brewed in collaboration with and packed with the rich, warming flavors of candied yams, brown sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

8% ABV | Baltic Porter with Yams, Vermont Maple Syrup, Cinnamon & Nutmeg

Pouring a deep, dark mahogany with a rich, roasted malt character, Candied Yams brings together the cozy sweetness of a holiday classic with the depth and complexity of a bold Baltic Porter.

We brewed this beauty with special chocolate malt from Prairie Malt, infused with warming spices like cinnamon and nutmeg. Yams and brown sugar were added in the whirlpool, bringing that unmistakable candied-yam character to the brew.

After fermentation, we conditioned this porter on Vermont maple syrup, layering in a smooth, rich sweetness that complements the roasted malt and baking spices.

Think chocolate fudge, caramelized brown sugar, cinnamon-spiced yams, toasted malt, nutmeg, and rich Vermont maple syrup, all wrapped up in a smooth, warming 8% ABV Baltic Porter. 🍂🔥

Your Halloween favorite is back to get you JACKED! This monster of a b**r is ready to bring the pumpkin spice and coffee vibes in a big way. Draft exclusive this year, no cans!

JACKED-O-LANTERN 🎃☕️
12% ABV | Triple Cream Ale with Organic Peruvian Coffee Beans, Pumpkin Spice & Milk Sugar

Pouring a beautiful pumpkin-orange hue with a dense crown of aromatic, off-white foam, Jacked-O-Lantern is basically October in a glass.

We brewed this beast with a rich malt bill of Maris Otter and Munich malts, golden toasted oats, and a touch of milk sugar to create a thick, creamy body with a latte-like finish.

After fermentation, we cold-conditioned this monster on freshly roasted, organic Peruvian coffee beans from our friends at , finished with a pinch of pumpkin spice.

Think October coffee shop vibes, café con leche, cinnamon crumb cake, apple pie crust, toasted oats, graham cracker, brown sugar-cinnamon pretzels, and a creamy pumpkin spice latte, all wrapped up in a massive 12% ABV triple cream ale. 🔥

6.8% ABV | Pastry Cream Ale with Apple C***r Donuts, Apple C***r, Cinnamon, Madagascar Vanilla, and Milk Sugar

One of our most beloved fall seasonals returns! A true taste of autumn, Apple C***r Donut Ale brings together the irresistible flavors of fresh apple c***r donuts, sweet apple c***r, warm cinnamon, Madagascar vanilla, and a silky-smooth, creamy finish.

We start by incorporating fresh apple c***r donuts directly into the mash, alongside Maris Otter and Munich malts, golden toasted oats, and specialty malts that build a rich, flavorful foundation.

Brown sugar and milk sugar join the boil, adding a touch of caramelized sweetness and a luscious, creamy body. During fermentation, freshly pressed apple c***r gives the yeast a feast of its own, building layers of authentic apple character.

After fermentation, we cold-condition the b**r on even more apple c***r, cinnamon sticks, and Madagascar vanilla to bring everything together.

The result? Fresh apple c***r donuts, glazed apple fritters, warm apple pie filling, and freshly pressed apple c***r in every sip. 🍎

8% ABV | Double Dry Hopped Imperial IPA

You asked. We listened. Ultra Cryo Pop is BACK. 🍻

This ridiculously juicy Imperial IPA showcases Cryo Pop®, an innovative hop pellet blend from built from a carefully selected mix of hop varieties designed to deliver maximum hop impact.

We loaded this one up with Cryo Pop in the whirlpool, followed by two rounds of dry hopping during active fermentation. The result? An absolute POP of tropical, citrusy, dank, fruit-forward hop character.

Soft, medium-bodied and packed with malted oats and wheat, Ultra Cryo Pop finishes juicy and ridiculously drinkable for an 8% IPA.

HIDEY-HO NEIGHBOR! 🔨🍺
3.5% Fresh Hop Cream Ale

Meet the newest addition to the neighborhood: Hidey-Ho Neighbor, a 3.5% Fresh Hop Cream Ale brewed with our friends, and actual neighbors at right here in Colts Neck.

We picked the fresh whole-cone Chinook and Cascade hops directly from their farm and got them straight into the brewhouse.

No middleman.

No hardware store.

Just fresh hops and questionable home-improvement decisions.

Built with German Pilsner malt + a touch of flaked rice, with fresh whole-cone Chinook in the mash and fresh Chinook + Cascade in the whirlpool.

The finished product?

🌲 Floral aroma

🥨 Crackery malt

⚡ Bright & snappy

🍺 Dry, ridiculously drinkable finish

💪 Only 3.5% ABV

Light enough to keep the project going. Flavorful enough to forget what the project was.

25 years later. We remember. We honor. We never forget.

This September, we once again release Never Forget in remembrance of the nearly 3,000 innocent lives lost on September 11, 2001, and in honor of the firefighters, police officers, EMTs, military members, and countless heroes who ran toward danger when others were running away.

Their courage. Their sacrifice. Their service.

Never Forget. 🇺🇸

A portion of the proceeds from this tribute brew will be donated to the incredible , supporting America’s first responders, military heroes, and their families.

🍺 THE B**R

An 8% Hazy, Juicy Imperial IPA, brewed and double dry-hopped with a blend of some of the finest hops the USA has to offer.

A generous addition of wheat and oat malt creates a soft, medium body, while restrained bitterness keeps this Imperial IPA remarkably juicy and drinkable.

Expect layers of candied mango, guava, papaya, passion fruit, grapefruit zest, fresh orange, ripe apricot, peach nectar, mixed berries, and a touch of dank pine.
