It’s my favorite time of year! Canning lets me know it’s almost time to put the Beatles apron on and bake some sourdough goodies.
Over the summer I kept Ol’ Kentucky Doughby in the fridge and let her get a much needed rest. I found a beautiful juniper tree in a neighborhood while out on a walk and took a little home with me to wake her up with wild yeast.
As you can see Kentucky is thriving and ready to make bread, bagels, muffins and cookies.
