I will be sampling two of my favorite Summertime iced blends at the Sun and Moon Market this Sunday in honor of the Summer Solstice!

The Sun ☀️: Honey Orange Sunset, a long-time favorite and one of my first offerings, is a refreshing blend of Honeybush Tea, Orange Peel, Lemon Verbena, subtle hints of Chamomile and Sage, with just a wisp of Licorice Root to add a touch of sweetness. It has the flavor profile of a classic Southern Sweet Tea, without the caffeine or sugar. Full of antioxidants and cooling herbs, this is a perfect blend to keep chilled on hand to beat the heat. Want a little caffeine? I also make a custom blend with Assam Black Tea added, aptly named Honey Orange Sunrise! Pair with the Honey Orange Sunset Simple Syrup and ginger beer for a delicious mocktail!

The Moon🌙: Amethyst Tranquilitea, is a gorgeous cobalt to purple blend of Butterfly Pea Flower, Lavender, Spearmint, Moringa Leaf, Red Raspberry Leaf, and a sprinkle of freshly ground Coriander Seed. Cooling, Calming, and a magical treat for the eyes, this blend performs a dramatic color change to bright fuschia when a splash of lemon or lime juice is added, making it a perfect Lavender Lemonade that not only is simply delicious, but is also rich in superfood minerals. It's a wonderful wind-down beverage to ease the stress of the day. Pair with the Amethyst Tranquilitea Simple Syrup, a splash of Lemonade, and Sparkling Water for a truly magical mocktail.

Behind the scenes during prep time this week...

I'm getting ready for a last minute day set up at Meadowgrass but also gearing up for Summer Market Season! These days I'm taking it a little slower and listening to my body. When my shoulder says it's done, there's no argument. This is a good opportunity for me to practice mindfulness and attention to detail. The pressure to squeeze a hundred things into one day is no longer an option and honestly, my brain needed the grace too. Finding a steady pace that gets things done while I'm still actually enjoying the creative process and bringing you quality products made with this intention is my business goal now.

I did a little refresh last night ._ ! You can now find my Botanical Simple Syrups, Recipe Cards, and Tea & Syrup Kits there!

Each kit makes about 12 drinks according to the recipe and includes:
1 mini tea packet, which yields 24 oz of brewed tea
1 5oz Botanical Simple Syrup

Hey everyone! I am so excited to share my new Tea and Simple Syrup gift sets- and *most of all* my new recipe cards! The first three varieties will be available tomorrow ._ from 11 to 3 during my pop up there!

This is something I've wanted to do for a while and I commissioned to draw the gorgeous frame design! Each Botanical Simple Syrup flavor has an easy drink recipe you can follow to make delicious mocktails or cocktails!

It's the Flower Moon and Beltane weekend, a time of growth and renewal as we transition fully into Spring. Flowers begin to emerge and our surroundings look a little greener. Beltane is celebrated around the world with bonfires and dancing.
In honor of that, I will be sampling two tea blends tomorrow at the Flower Moon Market which I feel embody those energies.

The first is Mighty AphrodiTea, a blend of roasted cacao, hibiscus, damiana, rose petals, cinnamon and cardamom. It excellent for women's health and libido, but can be enjoyed by all. I will have that as an iced blend as well as Might AphrodiTea Botanical Simple Syrup for you to enjoy!

The second is Tulsi Rose Enchantmint, one of my prettiest blends with Calendula, Rose Petals, Spearmint, and Holy Basil. This blend is not only a soft swirl of mint and subtle florals, it is extremely supportive to the Nervous System, counteracts cortisol and adrenal fatigue, and has anti-inflammatory benefits. I will have this as a warm infusion tomorrow!

All Syrups will be available for sampling, including the Amethyst Tranquilitea which sold out last time!
