We will start making our Seitan Turkey pretty soon for our annual Thanksgiving Buffet.
We make 16 loaves of turkey, 22 quarts of mashers, 20 quarts roasted veggies, over 600 ounces of gravy, 400 frosted sugar cookies & sooooo much more twice a year for our holiday buffets. We are going on 11 years of this 🙌🏼
