On August 29,1970, Manuel and Lucy Hernandez opened the doors of Senor Manuel Mexican Cuisine. Since the beginning, Manuel and Lucy have believed that their patrons should be welcomed, " as if they were guests in our home, mi casa es su casa!" This philosophy can found in everything from our freshly homemade dishes to our comfortable, friendly, family atmosphere. "Come see us at Senor Manuel's!"

Friends,
It is with extremely heavy hearts that we must inform you all we will not be able to reopen our beloved restaurant. We tried our best for a different outcome, but unforeseen complications and developments didn’t allow for us to finish the work we have done for the rebuild. Señor Manuel’s wasn’t just a restaurant; it was a gathering place for our family, for many of your families, and a hub for all of us to come together in friendship. We watched our family grow alongside many others during our time. We have shared memories of babies eating their first beans, graduations, marriages, celebrations of life, and so much more. Countless cherished moments of life were founded within those walls, and we’re incredibly thankful for the 55 years we had and everyone we met along the way.
This last year and a half has been full of trials and tribulations, but we are eternally grateful for the outreach of love and support we have received from our community. We truly could not have been who we are without you all. ‘Thank you’ will never suffice for the love we have been given. We love our community, we love our friends, and we’ve loved the time we’ve shared.

Hey Peeps! I teared up when I realized we have windows! Thank goodness our job is to make Mondongo and Margaritas and not to get a building built in the 60’s and 70’s up to code!
