We strive to bring you the best quality food and most delicious flavor possible. Our brisket & beef ribs are sourced from Texas and are Goodstock by Nolan Ryan. Our beef short ribs and beef cheeks are 21 day dry aged and sourced from Bootheel7 Ranch(B7R), and our Wagyu brisket is sourced from Brush Creek Ranch! We only use top quality ingredients to make all of our handcrafted sides, sauces, and r

ubs. All of our meat is smoked fresh daily on handcrafted offset smokers with post oak wood, the true central Texas way!
