Juniper Valley Ranch opened its doors in 1951 and has been serving Colorado's favorite fried chicken and authentic country dinners ever since! We are honored to be a 4th generation small business and still use our family's homemade recipes--straight from the pioneer days of Colorado. niper Valley Ranch is located 15 minutes south of Colorado Springs on a little cattle ranch our family homesteaded 120 years ago. Greg Dickey has owned and operated the restaurant for over 30 years after taking over for his grandparents. He and his wife Cindi, their kids, family and neighbors can be found working the place on any given night so stop by and say hello! Summertime Sweetness! We are very proud of our partnership with Jack Rabbit Hill Farms, a Colorado organic wine + spirits company. Many of our house-made cocktails are made with their vodka and gin. Not to mention, fresh mint from our ranch!
