Zions Hickory BBQ is Closing Its Doors

After much thought and consideration, we’ve made the difficult decision to permanently close Zions Hickory BBQ.

Dear Friends of Zions Hickory BBQ,

We’re truly sorry to share that due to a last-minute equipment issue, we were unable to open today as planned. We know many of you were excited to stop by, and we were just as excited to serve you.

Please know this is only a temporary hiccup. We’re already working on getting everything up and running, and we’ll be firing up the grill again Tuesday of next week—better than ever!

We appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support more than you know. We can’t wait to welcome you back and serve you the Burgers you’ve been waiting for.

🔥 We’re Back, Baby! 🔥
Zions Hickory BBQ is Reopening!

We’ve missed you—and we’re fired up to announce our return starting THIS Saturday, June 7th, 2025!

We’re rolling out with a few updates:
✅ We’re now operating as a mobile food truck
✅ Slightly updated menu (but still packed with flavor!)
✅ Kicking off at the County Dairy Store location parking lot.
✅ Moving soon to The Garage Bar, which will become our main base—unless we’re out at events (which we’ll always post ahead of time!)

Monday - Thursday: 11:00am - 9:00pm
Friday and Saturday 11:00am - 12:00am

📢 Exciting News from Zions Hickory BBQ! 🍖🍦

We’re moving! Zions Hickory BBQ is thrilled to announce that we’re relocating to 385 N Juniper St, Colorado City, AZ (the old dairy store building). Along with the move, we’re bringing exciting changes—including delicious ice cream to our menu!

Please note, we’ll be closed for approximately three weeks during the transition. We hope to reopen sooner, so stay tuned for updates!

Under new ownership, we’re excited to continue serving our community with even more tasty options. We can’t wait to welcome you to our new location!
