With full hearts, we want to say thank you.

Depot Deli is now officially closed, and while this chapter has come to an end, the memories made during this season will stay with us forever. Thank you to everyone who chose to spend their lunch breaks with us, brought friends, celebrated small moments, shared stories around the table, and came back again and again. Every sandwich served came with gratitude.

These past week—especially enjoying one last meal with so many of you—meant more than we can put into words. This season reminded us that food is about more than what’s on the plate; it’s about connection, community, and the people who show up.

While sandwiches will no longer be available, our hearts are still here. You can continue to stop by T3 Coffee Co. for all your favorite drinks, familiar faces, and the same welcoming space you know and love.

Thank you for supporting Depot Deli, for believing in something new, and for being part of this season with us. We’ll never forget it 😃❤️🥪

This is one of the hardest posts we’ve ever had to write.

After a year of pouring our hearts into Depot Deli, getting to know so many of you over sandwiches, soups, and laughter from behind the counter, we have made the difficult decision to close our doors. Our last day of service will be Friday, December 12.

We have absolutely LOVED serving this community. Every lunch shared, every catered event, every encouraging word—you have no idea how much it has meant to us. But the truth is, we simply haven’t received enough consistent support to remain open. The economy has been challenging for everyone, and since we first opened, our costs have nearly tripled. We are not willing to compromise quality or serve anything less than our very best, and that commitment has made this decision even harder.

We truly hoped to make it through the end of the year, but unforeseen circumstances have made it impossible to continue. To everyone who has supported us in any way, you have been a bright spot in this journey, and we are so grateful.

If you’re able, we’d love to see you this week for one last sandwich and a few shared memories. Thank you for letting us be a small part of your day and your community.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Depot of Lights Christmas Tree Lighting RESCHEDULED

Due to the pending rain forecast, we’ve made the decision to reschedule the Depot of Lights Christmas Tree Lighting to Monday, December 1, 2025 at 6:30 PM.

We know this may cause some inconvenience, and we truly appreciate everyone’s understanding. It’s one thing to be cold… but wet AND cold is downright miserable!

By planning ahead instead of scrambling at the last minute, we hope to ensure a much more enjoyable night for everyone.

The good news?
Santa’s Christmas Train will still be giving rides through downtown after the tree lighting!

The Santa Fe Market will be open and ready for your holiday shopping!

Thank you for rolling with the change — we can’t wait to share a magical evening with you on Monday night! See everyone then!
