Hey Gang, I am SO SORRY for this super late post, but this has been the weirdest year ever for our Smoked Turkeys. First, because of the current state of Inflation, I was waiting to see what the costs would be. Thankfully we are only raising the cost $10 above last year to $65. But then, a larger problem arose…availability. I knew there was a Turkey shortage this summer (Bird FIu I assume), so I was cautious as to the amount of turkeys that would be available. Turns out it wasn’t hard to find the hens (15-19lbs) but the Tom’s (20+lbs) were very scarce. I was only able to take orders from previous customers that contacted us directly, and reserved them the few larger birds I could find. Well Friday I was able to find more. So, I know it’s a VERY late notice, but if you are still in need of and are interested in a Smoked Turkey, we can help. If so, please comment on this post or send us a message…NO CALLS please. Unfortunately the deadline is tomorrow, sorry. Look forward to hearing from you if you are interested. THANK YOU!!!

Hey Gang, it’s been a minute since I’ve posted. Lol. And tho we are focusing on our catering only at the moment, I wanted Y’all to know we will be having our booth at the Italian Fest again this year!!! We will be doing all the usuals… our Shredded Chicken Parm or Alfredo Sandwiches, as well as our homemade 1/4 lb Brats and Dawgs… Italian style!!!!We are in our usual spot, right in front of Rich’s Record Emporium. Hope you can make it by, even if just to say HI. Look forward to seeing you all this weekend!!! THANK YOU!!!

Well…….here we go again!!! Unfortunately, with no staff we will be unable to open today. I have been trying to reach our manager via calls and texts since Saturday, to no avail. I’m hoping he’s ok, but if so it looks like he may have quit. So, if you know of anyone with restaurant experience please have them contact me on our page. I can’t keep doing it like this, and may have to go strictly to catering only from this location. Was ready to expand the menu this week too. Lol. Anyway, I will keep you all posted. THANK YOU!!!
