Good afternoon Collinsville and surrounding areas!! We are now open again and ready to serve you. Our menu has been upgraded.
Thursdays is BRISKET DAY
FRIDAYS we have special. Each week will be different. This special will run thru Saturday until gone.
We also have desserts while they last.

We encourage you to come by and enjoy the hearty foods we have.

Good afternoon panther customers and fans, I haven't been on here lately because, well things have changed. Things went downhill yet again. Hopefully, things will strive uphill again. I have left the Cafe for now, so the post about opening up during the week won't be happening unless I hear different. I'm sorry to everyone.

Good afternoon Collinsville and surrounding areas, I apologize for not having the restaurant open these past couple of weeks but its been rough in me personally. We are closed for the rest if today and will be opened tomorrow.
In advance, I would like to inform you that when school starts back, we are going to open 5 days a week from 10am-230pm. Those days will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. I hope and pray that everyone will come out and support this small, God-given, God-fearing business.

Good evening Collinsville and surrounding areas. I forgot to post this earlier this week, but the Cafe will be closed this week due to my daughter recovering from a 4-in-1 surgery this past Monday. I will be back next Thursday. Have fun, enjoy the holiday, stay safe, and I hope to see everyone coming by next week.
