OMG, I just looked up FeetFinder for the first time and y’all… IT’S REAL. Somebody just purchased a foot pic for $1,882! 😳

So if y’all see me up here cooking with my feet on the grill, mind your business. I’ll slide you some extra queso. 🤣

Here’s where you can find us this week!

We will be closed on Tuesdays until the temperatures start coming back down. We’re hoping that extra day off each week will give us a little more time to rest, recoup, and beat this crazy heat!

Sometimes we get bad reviews. Sometimes we get outstanding reviews. And truthfully, neither one bothers us much because food is subjective. Everyone has different tastes, different likes, and yeah we have off days just like anyone else.

I generally don’t follow food critics or food review groups but sometimes I’ll share a bad review that pops up in our Google notifications because, quite honestly, they make some of the BEST advertisements and engagement starters.

We still pray for Lindsey and her hatred of our “sickly sweet pickles.” 😂 And this week we learned we apparently make the wettest Philly someone has ever had right before he proceeded to dip it in MORE queso and compliment our “seeded” bun. Umm…sir we prefer thick and juicy (Sir Mix-a-Lot would totally understand.) And my guy, there isn’t a seed to be found on that roll. Just the same Amoroso’s hearth-baked rolls we’ve been using since 2010.

But really, the only food critics whose opinions truly matter to us are YOU GUYS! The people who eat with us every week, every month, and have supported us over the years. Thank you for telling us when we knock it out of the park, and thank you for telling us when we screw something up so we can fix it.

Your words are the ones that matter to us. We just wanted you to know how much we appreciate you. ❤️

Looks like we’re in for another HOT week 🥵 so, as always, we’ll keep an eye on the heat and adjust our hours if we need to. We’ll keep you posted if anything changes!

And with school starting back up, we want to wish all of our kiddos, teachers, school staff, bus drivers and parents a safe, healthy and AMAZING school year! ❤️

🚚 Online ordering is temporarily paused until our truck gets here. At the moment, we only have chicken available, but we’ll get everything updated as soon as our delivery arrives.

Please bear with us this morning. Yesterday’s heat caught up with us. Eric is down today from working in it, and Aidan has been down the last couple of days because of it as well. We’re doing our best to keep everything running, so we really appreciate your patience and understanding.

Reminder: We will NOT be at home for dinner tonight. We’ll be serving at Guthrie Green this evening, so if you’re downtown, come see us!

That’s Pardon My Cheesesteak, the ghost kitchen inside the IHOP on the other end of Garnett. The closest we’ve ever gotten to IHOP was making mini pancakes for a breakfast event. That’s where our breakfast career began… and ended. 😂

We’ve got a fun week ahead, and we can’t wait to see you!

A quick heads-up: We’ll be doing some much needed maintenance and a little rearranging inside the trailer on Wednesday and Thursday. If things look a little chaotic, that’s why! We’re making a few improvements to better serve you, so thank you for your patience while we get everything knocked out.
