Eventually Swing Arms Will Be Required.
With the push for Tristan’s Law to be enforced nationwide;
Tristan is a boy of 10 years, perpetually.
In summer 2020 he was struck down while simply enjoying a summertime treat from the Ice Cream Truck.
Connecticut over the last few years has since been pushing out strict regulations on the public, ruling that passing a ice cream truck with its lights flashing, is the same as passing a school bus while the lights are flashing, and requiring ice cream truck owners to utilize warning lights and swing arms under: .

One of the hardest things to source at a fair price is the Swing Arm.
Well, I have spent countless hours emailing and talking to various parts and manufacturing companies over the phone these last several months of Winter Break; ensuring that I could find the best deal for all of us.
I’m not brokering these sales, I’m not getting any kickback or percentage; I’m simply passing out free advertising in the name of safety. I want to make sure we ALL have swing arms. I want to make sure that when rolls out nationwide, none of us are left out. At the end of the day, we’re all on the same team. We all scream for ice cream.
If you’re in NJ you’ll need a Red Blade that says “IF-SAFE STOP THEN-GO”. If you’re in the rest of America, chances are you need a Yellow Blade with the wording “CHILDREN - SLOW - CROSSING”.
