Opened in July 2018, Stella (named after his beloved truck) honors a Southern legacy of doing things the old-fashioned way. Did you know it's "National Smile Power Day?"

A smile may seem like a small, oftentimes overlooked thing, but we've always believed it has the power to change someone's day.

At Stella, hospitality isn't just about serving great food. It's about making people feel seen, welcomed, and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. Sometimes that starts with a warm greeting, a friendly conversation, or simply a genuine smile.

You never know what someone may be carrying with them when they arrive. A smile can't solve every problem, but it can offer comfort, connection, encouragement, and a reminder that kindness still matters.

On National Smile Power Day, we're celebrating the simple act that sits at the heart of hospitality. A smile shared between guests, friends, neighbors, and strangers has a way of spreading far beyond the moment it begins.
