An absolute stunner of a cake for my dear friends back yard wedding. A cake fit for a queen! A whimsy queen. This is a soft Corn Cake filled with Corn Diplomat Cream and a Corn Buttercream. I had way too much fun developing, conceptualizing and designing this one. I even grew the flowers. Color theory is fun! How’d we do?

I had the honor and privilege to cook for the most special Bride and Groom for their highly anticipated 200 person wedding! Featured here is our (mostly) gluten-free spread. We made a GF Marigold Cake with Vanilla base layers and a Marigold Pudding made from flowers grown in my very own gardens. I am proud of the spread and now plan to sleep for ten days until the next one ☺️

La Canoa 🛶 A sweet plantain “canoe” that’s been stuffed with rice and beans, a protein of your choice, salsa and your choice of onions (or not). This one is our vegan version done up in veg. It’s gluten free by nature. 🇩🇴 Second photo is of our classic Dominican Breakfast, Los Tres Golpes. Mashed Green Plátano power served alongside Dominican Fry Cheese, D.R Salami, and a fried egg.
