Happy August! We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to our loyal customers for continuing to visit us for food so good it’s addictive, top-notch service, and great value! ❤️

So much has happened this season! We’ve celebrated big milestones, new adventures, and exciting life transitions—including honoring 12 graduating seniors and welcoming back many familiar faces on our summer staff.

Most importantly, we are thrilled to share that our fearless leader had a successful double lung transplant and is doing better than ever! Please continue to keep him in your thoughts and prayers as he recovers.

All of this comes during a very special milestone: celebrating 25 years of The Plum Tomato! 🥂✨

Our little buddy Grayson, age 7, came to shadow us today! In just two hours, he learned to make Fatti bread and garlic knots, fold pizza boxes, light the brick oven, cook pasta, and make the slice pies! If you had a slice today, it was made by Grayson!

Grayson's parents both worked at Plum Tomato and pizza is part of his history! He was so excited to work with us and we were, too ❤️ So proud of you Grayson!
