This is my ministry Assighment in Oklahoma.

I John 3:16-18: "By this we know love, that He laid down His life for us, and we ought to lay down our lives for the brothers. But if anyone has the world's goods and sees his brother in need, yet closes his heart against him, how does GOD's love abide in him? Little children, let us not love in word or talk but in deed and in truth."

Join us in making a life-changing impact for Renee Castleberry and Pamela Marvin as they embark on a new journey of teaching and ministry in Tulsa, Oklahoma. With your support, we can help them swiftly transition to their new location and begin their important work. Renee will be teaching first grade in Tulsa and your contribution will enable her to fulfill all requirements, including fingerprinting, background checks, and obtaining her Oklahoma teaching certificate, before her teacher training begins on August 5th. Additionally, we aim to provide the necessary resources for Pamela to safely transport her two rescue cats, settle the bills at the boarding facility, and arrange for a larger SUV to accommodate their pets. Two other women will also be moving to Tulsa to support the ministry. They have two cats and a dog. One of the women requires a second moving truck.

By contributing to this cause, you will not just be supporting these dedicated women, but also Kingdom Castleberry Ministries, LLC, which will serve as the base for their mission to address the pressing issue of homelessness. The four women, all of whom have experienced homelessness, will work together to develop a ministry geared towards helping those in need. Your donation will directly support the following needs: immediate relocation to Tulsa, covering expenses for U-Haul rentals, movers, pet transport for the cats, fuel, food, accommodations, housing, technology, and pet supplies. With your generous support, we can ensure a smooth transition for these women and empower them to make a lasting impact on the community. Here is our latest update as of Sunday 3 August 2025. Since getting a second vehicle will not work here Renee, Pamela, and Comet, Renee's rescue dog; we will be traveling together in the U-Haul. Consequently Pamela's rescue cats will be getting transported via CitizenShipper. It costs $1,050 for the transport, the fee charged by CitizenShipper for connecting me with different carrier companies, food, and litter. They will be boared at PetSuites in Tulsa, Oklahoma while we travel. It is imperative that we leave TODAY - Sunday 3 August! We need $3,000 to get on the road Today! We will need more as we travel. Blueberry Cheesecake Crumb Cake 😋 Looks delicious 😋
Ingredients:
Crumb Cake:
3 and 1/3 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
2/3 cup butter-cold and cut in cubes
Grated zest from 1 lemon(optional):
1/3 cup light brown sugar
1/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
Blueberry Cheesecake Filling:
8 oz. mascarpone
8 oz. cream cheese-softened
½ cup + 2 Tablespoons caster sugar
2 Tablespoons corn starch
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 and 2/3 cups of blueberries
Glaze:
½ cup powdered sugar
2–3 teaspoons milk
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line the bottom of 9 inches springform pan with parchment paper, spray bottom and sides of the pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl stir together flour, baking powder, salt, brown sugar, sugar and lemon zest. Add butter in dry ingredients mixture. Now, you can work it with hands, or press with a fork, or you can use the mixer. Work it until it’s grainy.
Add eggs and vanilla and mix to combine. The mixture should be crumbly. If it’s to sandy squeeze it with your fingers to make pea size crumbs.
Press about 2/3 of the mixture in the bottom and side (about 1 ½ inch height) of the pan. Place the pan and remaining crumbs in the fridge. To make the filling mix together cream cheese, mascarpone, vanilla, sugar and corn starch just to combine. Add eggs and mix just to combine, do not overdo it.
Pour half of the cheesecake mixture in chilled crust, scattered about 2/3 cup of blueberries over the filling. Spread remaining cheesecake mixture. Top with blueberries and remaining crumbs.
Bake at 350 F until golden brown and toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 65-75 minutes. If it starts browning too much tent the top with aluminum foil. To make the glaze stir together powdered sugar and milk or cream. If it’s too thin add powdered sugar, if it’s too thick add more milk.

HELLO EVERYONE! I am trying something New - branching out with the goal of doing what I LOVE to do ~ COOK and BAKE! Although this terrifies me I do not want to work for other people or businesses anymore and only do this occasionally. I have been blessed to make incredibly delicious food and create mouthwatering morsels for Vegans, Vegetarians, Meat Lovers, and those with Dietary restrictions/Allergies.
Using my gifts and PASSION of making Delicious Savory meals and Scrumptious Sweets!

I am offering in-home Cooking and/or Baking classes for Adults and Children. This can be a LOT of fun for Birthday parties or other celebrations, Weekly Meal Prep - Menu planning your favorite meals or making some of my favorite dishes, along with Grocery Shopping, Cooking, and Packaging. In-home Cooking for small gatherings.
