FYI. Saturday October 17th—Welcome Home Cafe is officially 11years old. Thank you to all our wonderful customers friends and family for your support over the last 11years. We love working with you and serving you.

Tomorrow’s special is Million Dollar Chicken with a baked potato, green beans and Chocolate Crunch Cake.

Where has 2026 gone? Here we are in October already! At least the 90s and 100s are gone and Fall is here. Beautiful rain this last week, football, volleyball, tennis, cross country and more happening around the area. Good luck to all.

Tomorrow is the first Sunday of October! That means Fried Chicken Sunday at Welcome Home Cafe—Colby Kansas. Come enjoy our fried chicken, cream corn, mashed potatoes and gravy, and peach cobbler. 11-2:00 at Welcome Home. See you tomorrow. God bless and stay safe.

Wasn’t the rain beautiful this week. Thank you Dear Lord for this blessing.

Tomorrow our special at Welcome Home is Ham with scalloped potatoes and corn. New recipe for dessert—Caramel Apple Crisp Cheesecake. It looks delicious. Hope it’s as good as it looks.

Labor Day weekend! Thank you to all those who work hard to provide us all with the life we live in Northwest Kansas. Have a well deserved day of rest on Monday. We thank God every day that we live in Colby with all the good people.

Please note Welcome Home will be closed on Monday to give our own hardworking employees a break too. Also closing Gambinos on Monday too. Regular hours on Tuesday.

Sunday special tomorrow will be Meatloaf with baked potato and green beans with Hot Fudge Chocolate Cake for dessert. Come out of the heat and relax at Welcome Home 11-2:00.

End of August already?!?! Time flies when you’re having fun 😜😜

Because next weekend is Labor Day Weekend, Welcome Home decided to do our first of the month Fried Chicken Dinner this Sunday—August 30th. So this Sunday is Fried Chicken Sunday with mashed potatoes, cream corn and peach cobbler. Come in—the AC will be on and food will be hot and delicious.

Next Sunday will be another delicious special and then on Monday—Labor Day—we will be closed to give our help a day off. Something we all need.

See you this Sunday for Fried Chicken. Yum.
