One year ago today, we opened the doors to Back Nine Bistro with a simple goal, to create a place where people could enjoy delicious food, great drinks, and feel welcome every time they walked through the door.
Over the past year, we've welcomed familiar faces, met so many new ones, celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, golf outings, weddings, and countless dinners. What started as an idea has become a place filled with memories, laughter, and a community we're incredibly grateful for.
To our guests, staff, friends, family, and everyone who has supported us along the way, thank you. We appreciate you more than words can say. Your support has meant everything as we've grown, learned, and worked to make Back Nine Bistro a place people love to gather.
A special thank you to the Van Schaick Island Country Club for your support, for welcoming us, and for giving us the opportunity to build what Back Nine Bistro has become. We are grateful to be a part of this community and look forward to many more years ahead.
We are beyond grateful to everyone who has been a part of our first year. Here's to Year Two. We can't wait to share it with all of you. ❤️
