Being your local BBQ spot and representing the Capital District is something we take pride in every single day. From the early mornings firing up the smokers to the late nights serving trays of barbecue, we do it because of this amazing community.

A huge shoutout goes to our incredible staff (Chanc, Don, and Mark) and pit crew who put in the hard work day in and day out — smoking meats all day, every day, and making sure every plate that leaves our kitchen is something special. None of this would be possible without them. 👏🔥
