I hear too often that todays youth can’t cut it. I’m here to say I’ve never met a better generation of people than our youth today. Especially the young men and women that I get to work with. They are the best. I love being able to work with them each and every day.

I’m in shock by the amount of people who like their teriyaki really really hot. So I had to make a “special” extra extra hot teriyaki sauce. To some it still isn’t hot enough.

This understanding inspired the creation of Madd Chicken Teriyaki, a restaurant dedicated to providing customers with genuine, wholesome food. To maintain our high standards, we import mayonnaise from New Jersey, ensuring its production with 100% avocado oil rather than seed oils. Moreover, we choose tallow over seed oil for frying our gyoza and fries.

What a Week!!!! Thank you to everyone that supported us. We have been running around like a chicken with its head cut off trying to prep enough food to stay open six days a week. We spent today doing just that. We are ready. See you tomorrow at 11am.
