We’re growing our team at Crescent Moon Sourdough, and we’d love to find a few wonderful people to join us!

We’re a dedicated gluten-free, organic sourdough bakery & café in Midtown Coeur d’Alene, serving artisan sourdough breads, bagels, pastries, toast, and coffee. We’re a small, close-knit team, and we care deeply about quality, craftsmanship, teamwork, and creating an amazing experience for our guests. Compensation is approximately $22-24/hour including tips.

We’re currently hiring for:

- Baker — Experience required
We’re looking for someone with prior baking or commercial kitchen experience who takes pride in their work, has a high standard for quality, and is excited to learn, create, and contribute to seasonal menu development.

- Barista — Experience required
We’re looking for someone who loves coffee, enjoys connecting with people, and can deliver excellent drinks and genuine hospitality in a fast-paced café environment.
For both positions, we’re looking for people who are:
• Kind, reliable, and hardworking
• Detail-oriented and committed to excellence
• Team players who communicate and collaborate well
• Quick learners who take initiative
• Excited to be part of a growing local business

A little schedule change for this Saturday!

The bakery will be closed Saturday, August 22. Several members of our team will be away, so we’ll be taking a one-day break from the bakery, but I’ll be at the Sandpoint Farmers Market! 🤍

The bakery will be back open Tuesday, August 25 with our regular hours.

Our August peach cinnamon rolls have been a serious hit 🍑🤍

Made with our classic gluten-free sourdough cinny roll dough, organic peaches, and topped with organic cream cheese frosting, these are only sticking around as long as our peaches do. Once they’re gone, we’re moving on to September goodies — which feels a little crazy to say already!

And while you’re here, don’t forget about our other August specials: our gluten-free + dairy-free zucchini bread and summer strawberry muffins. They won’t be around forever either.
