We’ve been experimenting behind the scenes on a new menu, and we have some things we’d like you to try! Here until they’re not — unless you love ‘em.

1. Tuna Carpaccio - topped with chili crunch, chinese hot mustard, shallots, chive oil
2. Bluebird’s Carbonara - linguine tossed with crispy bacon and pork belly in a creamy and rich parmesan sauce
3. Twice Cooked Pork Tenderloin - confit and grilled, so tender you don’t need a knife, with braised green cabbage, fried mashed potatoes balls, mustard cream sauce
4. Shaved Brussel Sprouts - served over a whipped feta and cream cheese spread, topped with fresh pear, toasted hazelnuts, finished with hot honey and balsamic, and local bread from
5. Bone-in Ribeye - 16oz ribeye, chimichurri polenta, wild matsutake mushrooms, and a green peppercorn demi glaze
