Our new Chef Specials are here! Stop by one of our Space Coast full-service locations to while you can! Chicken Florentine: Sautéed chicken topped with wilted spinach and sharp provolone, finished with a lemon butter wine sauce. Served over thin spaghetti. Calamari and Shrimp Luciano: Lightly floured and fried calamari and shrimp tossed in Vola’s zesty marinara with jalapeno peppers. Served over linguini pasta. Veal Saltimbocca: Tender veal medallions topped with prosciutto, spinach, and sharp provolone. Served over a bed of thin spaghetti and smothered with a mushroom marsala demi-glace.

This week’s Chef’s Specials are here - don’t miss these limited-time offerings! Chicken Adriano: Fried chicken cutlet topped with melted fresh mozzarella, smothered in Vola vodka sauce. Served with a side of spaghetti with vodka sauce. Veal and Shrimp Caruso: Veal medallions topped with jumbo shrimp and melted fresh mozzarella. Served over thin spaghetti and finished with a fresh tomato, basil, and caper garlic wine sauce. Shrimp Parmigiana: Breaded and fried jumbo shrimp topped with melted mozzarella, baked until golden brown, and finished with Vola tomato sauce. Served with a side of spaghetti.

Shrimp D'Vola: Jumbo shrimp sauteed in a lemon garlic scampi sauce with grape tomato and green onion served over linguini pasta. Specials are available in West Melbourne, Indian Harbour Beach, and Cocoa Beach!

We have three delicious options for you to enjoy in one of our three full-service locations on the Space Coast - West Melbourne, Indian Harbour Beach, or Cocoa Beach! Cucumber Roll: Thinly sliced cucumber rolled with field greens and red onion. Served with a lemon pepper grilled jumbo shrimp skewer, and drizzled with our house raspberry vinaigrette. Chicken Margherita: Crispy fried chicken cutlet topped with ripe sliced tomato, melted fresh mozzarella, and finished in a lemon butter sauce with spinach. Served with a side of spaghetti and tomato sauce. Pasta Fresca: Linguini pasta tossed in a fresh tomato, basil, and garlic wine sauce with chunks of melted fresh mozzarella, topped with a grilled shrimp skewer. Our new West Melbourne location's grand opening has started! The Space Coast Corvette Club is here, and we're getting ready for our FREE Pizza & Pasta Bar to begin at 12 pm! There is still plenty of time to come down and celebrate with us today. We're looking forward to seeing you soon!

Community Outreach

A huge thank you to Chief of Police Mariano Augello and the @palmbaypolicedepartment for coming out to our new location at the corner of Minton Road and Palm Bay Road! Chief Augello showed off his pizza-making skills in our new kitchen - and we have to admit we were impressed! We're so grateful to our community and customers for all the support over the years that has helped make this new location a reality!
