For the first time, in many months, I was out working on the JAVA MOBILE yesterday. I basically just got it running, cleaned, organized & planned what work I have to do yet. It felt good getting back to it! BTW, these are the before cleaning & organizing pics :0)

I know I've neglected this page for a while. After a lot of big distractions I'm ready to get back to figuring out how to finish the JAVA MOBILE & get it on the road. I'm thinking about a Kickstarter campaign - Still need to do some research and also look into other methods of getting on the road.

COFFEE RAFFLE WINNERS! Sorry folks, I've been preoccupied with some family health issues lately & I'm just getting around to announcing the winners of our coffee raffle. COFFEE RAFFLE! Ok, just getting back to this, but I am going to pick 3 names, of people that voted for our truck, and give each one a retail bag of One Village Coffee. Thing is I basically got shafted, by Commercial Insurance, when they changed the rules of the contest at the last minute. I don't want to do that to my friends so I am asking everyone that voted for me, in the Food Truck Contest, to like the post that is pinned to the top of my page. It's the one that starts out: "

Well, it looks like the end of the line with Flo's Fabulous Food Truck contest. I just sent a congratulations message to the apparant winner. I want to thank every single person that has supported me, cheered me on & voted for me. We gave it our best & I feel blessed to have such support! I'm still not sure what is going on with the food truck contest, but something is up. The public voting was supposed to end 7/18, at which time a judging period would last until 7/30 where the sponsors would chose a winner from the top 3 trucks. On 7/16 I received an email that they were changing the rules & continuing the public voting period until 7/30 & at that time the truck with the most votes wins. At that time I was solidly in 3rd place (next truck had about half the votes I had), with the 2 other trucks considerably ahead. As of today, the truck that was in the lead has disapeared from the contest, the 2nd place trailer is in 1st & there is another truck, that came out of nowhere that has jumped ahead of me with at least a 300% vote increase since the rule change.
