We are looking forward to setting up on July 4 at the Elkins City Park for the return of the Mountain State Street Machines car show! We will have our freshly smoked pulled pork bbq sandwiches with our signature homemade sauce, brisket, and macaroni and cheese. The "Roscoe" menu will also be there with smash burgers and fries, and we will be debuting our Italian sausage sandwiches. We pride ourselves on fresh ingredients and homemade foods. That includes freshly sliced peppers and onions, not frozen from a bag, and homemade marinara sauce! Come by and give us a try!!

For Father's Day, Roscoe supervised dad on the griddle. Sauteed peppers and onions, Italian sausage, provoline cheese and tomato sauce on large Italian buns. Also fresh chilled pasta salad with garden vegetables. YUMMY!!! Roscoe may add these to his food wagon menu!

Thanks Davis Trust Company and Adriana Channell for a wonderful block party. We stayed very busy with a line all evening. The "Roscoe" menu was a big success with many smash burgers and fries going out the door, as well as pulled pork bbq and brisket sandwiches, mac and cheese, nachos and more. I can't thank my wonderful crew enough! Felicia Hendon, Connie Taylor-Skidmore and Jackie Skidmore-Teter. You all were so much fun!!! Looking forward to our next event! Danny Phillips on the griddle did a wonderful job, especially for a man a year ago who couldn't cook a lick!!! Our next event is Saturday, July 4, at the Elkins City Park for the Mountain State Street Machines car show!! Come check us out!!!

Just a girl and her smoker getting ready for the Davis Trust Company 125th Anniversary Block Party, tomorrow evening, June 19, in Elkins. I will have my smoked pork bbq, smoked brisket, mac and cheese, scalloped potatoes and more. We are debuting our "Roscoe" menu featuring smash burgers and smashed hot dogs with various topping choices and fries. Come on down!!!!

I need some feedback. We will be set up next Friday, June 19, on Davis Avenue in Elkins from around 4:00 until after the concerts end. We are thinking of debuting our "Roscoe burger", a smashed burger with cheese, sauted onions and peppers, pork bbq and slaw.....a big ole' burger!!! Also, your opinion on a smashed hotdog with sauted onions and peppers and cheese. This is part of our new Roscoe Menu cooked by my better half!! We will also have your favorites, pulled pork bbq, brisket, homemade macaroni and cheese , loaded nachos, and mac & cheese bowls and more!!! Let me know your opinion please!

OMG....I am so happy with how this big ole brisket turned put for my cater. It was lean and juicy, not to mention a gorgeous smoke ring!!! My customers were very happy with it...thank you!!!

Smoke is in the air today for a private cater tomorrow. Look at the size of that brisket!!!
