🥒 NEW LIMITED TIME SPECIAL: Big Dill Chicken! This one is kind of a big dill. We start with our homemade Garlic Aioli base, shredded Mozzarella/Provolone, grilled chicken breast, and chunks of Applewood Smoked Bacon, then top it with dill pickle slices. After cooking, we finish it with more Garlic Aioli and a sprinkle of fresh dill. Yes, pickles on pizza. Trust us!

Why is it called a Margherita?

The story goes that in 1889, Queen Margherita of Savoy visited Naples, and a pizzaiolo named Raffaele Esposito made her three pizzas. Her favorite wore the colors of the Italian flag: red tomatoes, white mozzarella and green basil. He named it after her.

Our Classic Margherita is still tomato, mozzarella, basil we grow ourselves, and imported Olive Oil.

🍕 We set up an All-You-Can-Eat buffet, or serve family style to each table.
👥 We cater events up to around 275 guests, and larger ones by arrangement.
🥗 Add salads, our meatball dish, or pasta salad made with freshly cooked pasta.
