TODAY FROM 4PM - 8PM at 40 N Broadway, Coal City in front of 515 Fitness. We will be serving Smoked Beef Brisket, Pulled Pork, Burnt Ends and Smoked Pastrami on your choice of rye bread or white bun. Come by and check out the wellness fest, or just stop by and grab some supper!!!

This Friday August 9th from 4pm - 8pm (or until sold out),We will have the Backwood's BBQ Trailer here in Coal City at 40 N. Broadway in front of Five15 Fitness for their "Wellness Fest". We will be serving Smoked Beef Brisket, Pulled Pork, Burnt Ends and Smoked Pastrami on your choice of rye bread or white bun. Come by and check out the wellness fest, or just stop by and grab some supper. The Wellness Fest will feature Meigs Field Band, free workshops, beginners yoga, nutrition 101, sports 101 and art therapy. Admission is free...It's open to everyone!! Please help us spread the word! WE WILL HAVE THE BACKWOOD'S BBQ TRAILER AT CARBON HILL PARK THIS FRIDAY JUNE 14, 2019. WE WILL BE SERVING FROM 4:30PM UNTIL 9:00PM (OR WHEN SOLD OUT). WE WILL BE SERVING SMOKED BEEF BRISKET AND PULLED PORK SANDWICHES, BURNT ENDS, ALL BEEF SMOKED SAUSAGE. SPECIAL OF THE DAY AND NEW TO OUR MENU THIS EVENT WILL BE OUR PULLED PORK KOLACHES.(THESE ARE OUR HOMEMADE ROLLS STUFFED WITH OUR PULLED PORK AND COLBY JACK CHEESE)!!! COME ON OUT AND ENJOY SOME SOFTBALL AND BARBECUE!!! THE BEER GARDENS WILL ALSO BE OPEN... HELP US SPREAD THE WORD!!! THANK YOU!!

PLEASE JOIN US at the Memorial Day service being held at the Coal City Intermediate School tomorrow, Monday, May 27th beginning at 11:00am. In honor of all those who have served our country past and present and for those who have made the ultimate sacrifice and In memory of our Father, Father-In-Law, Husband, Grandfather and Great Grandfather Orville "Buck" Miller who passed away this week, we will be cooking a whole hog and our family will be providing and serving sandwiches in the cafeteria following the service. A special thank you to Milano Bakery for the donation of the buns and also to The Sulfer Springs Gleaners who will also be serving hot dogs, desserts and refreshments.Please help us spread the word. We will have the Backwood's BBQ trailer at Octoberfest here in Coal City this Saturday, October 6th, 2018. We will be located in the post office and village hall parking lot in front of the village hall on Broadway and will begin serving at 10:30am until 3:00pm or sold out. We will be serving Smoked Beef Brisket and Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Burnt Ends and All Beef Smoked Sausage. Our specials will be Big Beef Ribs and Brisket Chili while they last. Come and get some BBQ and check out all of the Octoberfest festivities. Help us spread the word..... Thank you!

We will have the Backwoods BBQ trailer in Dwight this Sunday September 23, 2018. We will be located at the car show being held in Renfrew Park in Dwight. We will be serving from 10:30am to 3:00pm or until sold out. We will have the Backwoods BBQ trailer in the parking lot of the Coal City Methodist Church today
Saturday September 15th, 2018 for the Craft Show. We will serve from 10:30am until Sold Out. We will have Smoked Beef Brisket and Pulled Pork sandwiches, Burnt Ends, All Beef Smoked Sausage Sandwiches and our Special will be Smoked Sliced Pork Sandwich in au jus with peppers and onions.
