Our sweet bread recipe was one we spent a lot of time on, especially in the beginning, to perfect. We had input from many of you to help us get this recipe where it needed to be and feel it's thanks to you that it became so popular.
Altho it is not available in the E-book, we will be putting a small batch recipe together to share soon, as many have requested.
We can't wait to make some with you and share something we all loved.

The kids requested some fudge brownies 🤤
We did 1/4 of the recipe that's in my cook book and they came out perfect to kill a sweet tooth without leaving temptations around.
Our original recipe will give you 9, but 3x the thickness of what's pictured here!
Fudgey, chocolatey, and just how I remember them from the bakery 😉

This made me cry today. Being a family run business takes all your heart and soul to provide for your customers out of pure love. If you're in or near Santa Clara, help out this bakery to stay open. Us Portuguese Bakeries aren't many, but we give so much.

A beloved Portuguese bakery in Santa Clara is on the brink of closing up shop.  It has been in business since the 1980’s but now the owner said a minimum wage hike in the new year could cause it go under.
