Get your grills ready and give this GREEK SAUCE a try! It won't disappoint! It is AMAZING on burgers and hot dogs!

Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef 80/20
2 small onions, chopped
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 teaspoons tomato paste
1 cup water
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 teaspoons prepared yellow mustard

Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to medium saucepan and bring to a boil; lower heat to low and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Serve on top of hot dogs or hamburgers. Garnish with chopped onion and ENJOY!

Looking for dinner ideas this week? Try these roasted veggies with feta! You can serve with pasta, fish, or your favorite protein!

Ingredients:
▢ 2 medium zucchini, sliced into 1/4" half moons
▢ 1 yellow squash, sliced into 1/4" half moons
▢ 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
▢ 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
▢ 1 pint cherry tomatoes
▢ 1 onion, sliced
▢ 3-4 cloves fresh garlic minced
▢ 3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
▢ 2 tablespoons of Italian seasoning
▢ 8 ounces block of feta cheese crumbled
*can use any of your favorite veggies, we like adding baby carrots and Kalamata olives*

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Add veggies, garlic, onion to baking pan. Drizzle with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.

2. Roast in a preheated oven for 15 minutes. Stir the veggies and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.

3. Remove from oven and add crumbled feta. Serve with pasta, fish or your favorite protein.
