Man… we had a great meal yesterday! I have to thank Sysco for inviting us over for lunch at the Burnt Bean in Seguin, Texas. It’s easy to see what made them number one on the prestigious Texas Monthly list. I learned a lot from co owner Ernest. And not much of it had anything to do with smoking meats. I’d like to thank him and his co owner Super Dave for taking the time to visit with us. If y’all are ever in the Seguin area you need to stop by, it’s an experience you won’t forget!
