Went to Chef Mediterranean tonight with Ellen.
I've been here about 5 times now. The first time here, I really enjoyed it. The next 4 times, I became obsessed! The food is fresh, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented! All of the staff were extremely pleasant and very sweet! Never rushed and always had a great night. It's one of my go-to places for sure!

Did you ever need a 2 hour vacation from the craziness of life? Well Brasserie Memere is the place for you! Fantastic French country fare with fabulous cocktails and spirits! Pates are so smooth and delicious and every entree is delightful! I think I've had everything on the menu at this point, so I tried the seafood special tonight. Another homerun! Fresh, delicious, not over seasoned and a perfectly smooth broth. If you a bourbon or scotch person, ask Evelyn, one of the owners to give you some advice. She knows her her way around the carmel colored spirits for sure.
A great 2 hour vacation for us with Sylvia for her 92nd birthday!

Wow! Just wow! Went for breakfast on a Saturday with Ellen. First time for her, I got a coffee and a roll to go a while ago and knew this needed further investigation!
Very cute, welcoming and cozy breakfast and lunch place. The customers were just as friendly as the staff!
Ellen had an omlete that was so delicious and perfectly cooked. I had the Eggs Benedict with a light lemon sauce. Served over fantastic ham and a homemade blueberry muffin! Amazing. Best I ever had!
Everything is made fresh when ordered with great care.
If you're in a rush go to Burger King but if you want a fantastic breakfast or lunch and want to have a chat with the locals, this is the place for you!

One our favorite places. Super friendly local pub and restaurant with great food! I started with the Buffalo Wings. Just the right amount of heat and nice and crispy. Ellen had the chicken pot pie. Lovely fresh sauce and perfectly seasoned with a nice garnish of puff pastry on top. Perfect for Ellen who can separate the carbs as needed. I had the Hanger steak over polenta. Served with roasted veggies. Delicious.
Sean and Meg at the helm serving cocktails are the best!

Went here on our way to the great pumpkin blaze in Croton.
The place has a great vibe with a small grocery section with cheeses, deserts and some other items.
We had dinner at the bar.
They have a great wine, taps, spirits and cocktail menu.
We split a ceaser salad. Very good. Fresh, creamy and not over dressed.
We also had the tuna tartar over an avocado puree. Again very well done. Fresh, spicey and cold!
For our mains I had a pot of mussels perfectly cooked in a delicious lobster sauce with a piece of killer bread toasted in a wood fire! Nailed it! Ellen had the lobster roll (no roll of course. She's a carb watcher). She said it needed a little more sauce or flavor. But just a few spoons of my lobster sauce and she was very pleased.
Staff was friendly and accommodating. Good music, not too loud.
A bit pricey but not too crazy.
I'd go back for sure.
