Introducing our August biscuit - Peaches & Cream! It starts with steeping butter in a beautiful peach tea, carefully preparing mounds of perfectly ripe peaches, mixing in some creamy white chocolate, and topping with a fantastic orange peach glaze. It’ll get us through these hot summer August days. Come enjoy biscuit with a friend!

Whew. Our first full week of service. Haven’t even gotten our hours posted on the front door yet (working on that!) but so many of you have found your way into our little corner cafe and we are so thankful. We’ve worked really hard and delivered an experience to so many of you this week that I’m incredibly proud of. And honestly, in the massive turnout for Saturday morning breakfast today there were several experiences that should’ve been better. I’m learning so much everyday and appreciate your grace as we figure out JUST HOW MUCH CHICKEN SAUSAGE AND GRIDDLE CAKES YALL CAN EAT on a weekend. A growing menu, weekend cocktails, and more still to come! But until then, come get a biscuit with a friend and slow down one morning with us.

Nothing says America quite like coffee and a chocolate chip cookie so come try our Salted Malted Chocolate Chip Cookie we’re introducing today! Open until 4p and closed Saturday for the Fourth. We’ll be back at it next week Tuesday-Saturday 7a-4p!

Hard to take it all in. Hundreds of you poured through this space today and, for the first time, brought life into the dream I’ve been holding close for so many years. A space designed, carefully, for neighbors to come and delight in life together. Thank you for your patience as we work out all of the challenges this photographer-turned-line-cook is facing as we complete the vision of serving wholesome meals, memorable treats, and the highest caliber coffee service in Mississippi. THANK YOU for showing up, making it a truly incredible first day. And thank you to my whole team (Maxwell, Hannah, Katie, Kamryn, Brittany, Makayla, Steven & Levi) who hustled so hard today to serve our community alongside me and Jess. We have so much in store, this is truly the beginning of something really special.

IT’S TIME! 😭🥳😬 I’m so excited to announce that it’s time to open our doors and welcome you in! Join us SATURDAY 6/27 from 7am-4pm. We’ll be serving our full coffee menu, breakfast pastries, and a scaled soft opening food menu featuring our biscuits, pancakes and granola. Our focus is serving our guests well and our menu will grow as our team’s capacity develops. We’re excited, nervous and absolutely certain that we’re bringing something really special for you to enjoy. See you Saturday!
