Sent out another 150 shirt order today for the Missouri Cattlemen’s Association of Benton County!

MESSAGE TUESDAY A.M.
Customer: “Hello, I got your number from ###XX, I need 170 shirts ASAP and he said that you could probably help?”
CnT: “Ok, how fast is ASAP?”
Customer: “As by the end of NEXT week! Can you do that?”
CnT: “Sure as long as we have the order by the end of THIS week!”
Customer: “I don’t have a design to send, can you create one?”
CnT: “Yep, we can do that too!”
Customer: “Ok, can I get a quote?”
CnT: “Absolutely, send us a list of what sizes, colors and design ideas you have and we’ll get right back with you!”

WEDNESDAY A.M.
Customer sends all the requested information that includes 3 different design ideas for full back & left front chest, various shirt colors & sizes up to 3X - CnT then sends quote.

WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON
Customer: “Dang! That’s kinda high? That’s higher than the other places I’ve contacted?”
CnT: “Was the ‘other places you contacted’ able to do a rush order of 170 shirts by next week?”
Customer: “No, that’s why I contacted you guys because ###XX said you guys could probably do it.”
CnT: “Yes, we can & we appreciate you contacting us and we’d love to have your business but let me explain WHY we are alittle higher than most. We provide not only a quality product but we have the fastest turnaround time in the area, not to mention we provide artwork design assistance or completely new creations, something that most printers don’t offer. Again, we’d love to have your business so you think about it and you can let us know if you want to move forward!”

WEDNESDAY P.M.
Customer thanks us for our time and says they’ll be back in touch once they decide (I’m sure they were going to continue calling around).

THURSDAY P.M.
Customer: “Hello, we have decided to go ahead and move forward, can you still do a short turnaround?”
CnT: “Yes we can, we’ll send a couple designs for you to see & we’ll go from there!”
Customer: “Awesome, thank you!”

THURSDAY the following week shirts are done & ready for customer to pick up!

This was a real scenario and the customer was elated when they picked up their order!
Moral of us sharing this story: we may not be the cheapest but we are the fastest!

Every dollar donated goes right to Truman Crappie Fishing to take our U.S. veterans (past & present) on a completely FREE guided fishing trip!

Other organizations use donated dollars to fund chairman’s, committee members, board members etc, but NOT Truman Crappie Fishing, these guides are donating and volunteering their time, their rigs and all the laughs and memories they can as a THANK YOU to our military men & woman for THEIR time protecting this great nation.
