When it comes to our slow smoked meats we put in a great deal of time to achieve the quality of flavors you'll come to expect. The owner and chef Steven Hill, has never cooked for the love of money. He has been helping others loosen their belts for his pure love and joy of cooking, and seeing the joy that a well crafted meal brings to his friends, family, and soon to be friends.
