Just had a little get together last night with friends and family. Smoked a brisket, beef ribs, beef shank (aka, thors hammer), pork ribs, beans, and mac. Got my Santa Maria grill going for the corn to make into my elotes and grilled thick slices of aged provolone for a dish called Provoleta, introduced to me by Al Frugoni...which was amazing, ill have to try that again. Clinton Fareway Stores is where i found the ingredients for this entire meal, great selection! When Fareway Stores needs an official pitmaster, let me know!

Had a blast going down to see Thyron Mathews BBQ throw down some great BBQ at Bent River Brewing Company for lunch. Everything was amazing, great job Thyron! And thank you Toni’s Smokin’ Grill for making this happen and puttin in some work too!
